10 fresh figs
3 tbsp. liquid honey
3 sprigs of rosemary
6 slices of pancetta
10 g butter
12 duck slices
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Wash and cut the figs in half.
Arrange them in an oven dish and cover them with pancetta and honey.
Add the sprigs of rosemary and bake for 20 minutes. Check every ten minutes.
Once the figs are cooked, melt the butter in a skillet over high heat. Place the duck slices in the pan, brown them for 3 minutes on each side. Serve immediately with the figs and sprinkle with their cooking juice.
