220 g of green lentils
1 tsp of curry
50 cl of vegetable broth
2 apples, washed and cut in thin slices
18 slices of smoked duck breast
150 g of walnuts
1 thick balsamic vinegar
Peel the carrot and cut it into cubes. Peel and slice the onion.
Pour a bit of olive oil in a pan, add the lentils, diced carrots and onions. Mix and sprinkle with the broth. Put the lentils to cook. Once cooked keep them warm.
Pour the lentils into a dish. Serve lukewarm with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Add the slices of apple, smoked duck breast and put some walnuts on top.
