Put the flour in a bowl with the yeast and add a pinch of salt. In another bowl put the sugar, the egg, the melted butter and the milk.
Mash bananas in a separate bowl and incorporate them into the previous mixture. Mix well and pour the preparation into the first bowl containing the dry ingredients and mix again.
Put in a cake mold and bake for about 45 minutes at 180 ° C.
