Ingredients
400 g (wheat) flour
1 sachet of baking powder
80 g of sugar
2 tbsp of dark rum
350 g apple juice
6 eggs
100 g sunflower oil
250 g almonds and/or hazelnuts
150 g cranberries
100 g of raisins

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Mix the flour and baking powder in a bowl and make a well.
Add all the other ingredients and mix to get a homogeneous consistency. Pour into a large cake tin and place it on the lowest level in the oven for 1 hour.
Let cool before cutting.
