100g of flour
50 g oatmeal
3 g of baking powder
35 g rapeseed oil

Preheat the oven to 170 ° C.
Whisk the eggs and sugar and stir in the cottage cheese.
Sift the flours with the yeast and add them to the egg mix.
Add the oil and lukewarm melted butter.
Pour into a cake tin, sprinkle with the hazelnuts and bake for 15 minutes at 170 ° C, then 40 minutes at 140 ° C.
Unmould right out of the oven and wrap it in cling foil while still lukewarm.
