1 kg ripe strawberries, washed
Sorbet mold or small paper or plastic glasses
Cut 5 to 6 strawberries into thin slices and set aside for decoration in the fridge.
Cut the rest of the strawberries in halves or quarters and put them in a blender to obtain a puree.
Place the sliced strawberries in lollipop molds, try to stick to the sides of the molds which will give the lollipops a fun and fruity look.
Pour the strawberry puree into the molds, cover and insert the sticks, if you are using small cups as molds, cover them with a sheet of aluminum foil and pierce it with the sticks, this will keep them in place. You can also let them set in the freezer for an hour and then add the sticks.
Place the lollipops in the freezer for 3 to 4 hours or until frozen, for easy removal, place them in lukewarm water for 10 to 20 seconds.
