500 g plums
250 g of fresh or frozen blackberries
250 g strawberries
2 tbsp of orange blossom water
For the oat crumble
120 g flour
120 g oatmeal
150 g brown sugar
125 g of softened butter
1 pinch of salt
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (th. 6).
Wash the strawberries and cut them in half. Wash the blackberries.
Remove the seeds from the plums and cut them in four.
Put all the fruits in a tin, add the brown sugar and the orange blossom water and mix gently.
For the oat crumble, work with your fingertips the butter with the flour, salt and powdered brown sugar then stir in the oatmeal. Powder the preparation between the palms to sand it well. Distribute the crumble over the fruits and bake for 25 to 30 minutes: the crumble should be golden brown.
