For 8 people
1 roll of puff pastry
500 g of spinach
1 large onion, sliced
100 g of grated feta or cheese (Comté) or a mixture in equal parts
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Steam the spinach and squeeze them well. Put some olive oil in a pan and put the onion slices.
Add some salt and pepper and add the spinach. Stir well. Off the heat, crumble the feta or Comté cheese on the spinach and stir well.
Unroll the dough and cut it into 8 rectangles on which you add the spinach mix. Fold and weld the edges. Oil the pastries and put them on a baking sheet. Bake them for 15 min baking till they are golden brown.
