520 g lettuce
2 soft pears
60 g of Roquefort
8 walnut kernels
For the vinaigrette
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons of mustard
1 tablespoon of water
2 tablespoons of walnut oil
1 tablespoon of cream
chives, parsley and other herbs
Prepare the vinaigrette: in a bowl, combine all the ingredients, adding the cream at the end. Add the chopped herbs, mix and set aside.
Wash and drain the lettuce.
Peel and cut the pears into pieces. Drizzle them with lemon juice to prevent them from darkening.
Put the lettuce in a dish, sprinkle it with the vinagrette and add the crumbled Roquefort cheese and the pear.
Add the walnut kernels and enjoy!
You can also add some chicken breasts.
