500 g watermelon
200 g of feta
1 red onion
Some cilantro leaves
3 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper
After cleaning the radishes, cut them into rings. Peel the oranges and cut them into quarters.
Peel the watermelon, take the seeds out and cut it into pieces. Peel and cut the onion into thin rings. In 4 plates, place a little of each ingredient and then crumble a few pieces of feta over it.
Clean the cilantro, chop it and sprinkle it on the plates. Add salt and pepper, then drizzle with olive oil. Serve with some warm toast.
