1 good quality bûchette of goat cheese
12 small slices of bread
20 cherry tomatoes
1 bag of mixed salad
4 c. liquid honey
60 g pine nuts
3 tbsp. of olive oil
1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar
Coarse sea salt, freshly ground pepper
Preheat the oven to 220 ° C.
Cut the roll of goat cheese into slices and place them on the toasts.
Pour over some honey and add salt and pepper.
Place them in the oven until they are golden brown and keep them apart.
Wash and dry the salad and tomatoes.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in two and divide in the plates. Add salt, pepper and sprinkle some
olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Briefly fry the pine nuts in a hot pan until lightly browned and divide them over the salads.
Place the lukewarm goat cheese toasts on the salads and enjoy without waiting!
