4 piquilos or sweet peppers
4 tbsp of olive oil
250 g mozzarella
100 g ricotta
1 tbsp dried oregano
1 clove of garlic, peeled and finely chopped
Salt pepper

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 150 ° C (th. 5). Halve the peppers vertically and remove the seeds and white membranes. Brush them with olive oil, place them in an oven dish and bake for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, dice the mozzarella, toss with the ricotta, peeled and garlic, minced black olives, oregano, salt and pepper. Take the dish out of the oven (leave it on), divide the preparation among the peppers, then bake again for 10 minutes: the cheese should be just melted.
