Ingredients
1 double espresso
2 tsp hot water
1 tsp of brown sugar
200 ml of milk (can also be hazelnut milk, oat milk or rice milk
ice cubes
1 pinch of cinnamon (optional)
1 scoop of vanilla ice cream (optional)
whipped cream to garnish (optional)

Preparation
Put the ice cubes, double espresso, sugar and water in a blender (or a shaker) and shake well until it foams. Beat the milk until it forms a nice foam layer. Pour the cold coffee into a glass and add the milk. Then scoop the foam on top.
For gourmets - like me - add a scoop of vanilla ice cream and top with whipped cream!
