500 g strawberries
juice of 1 lemon
180 g caster sugar
Wash the strawberries.
Keep a few for decoration.
Take of the greens and cut them in half.
Place them in the bowl of the blender, add the sugar and lemon juice, then mix until a puree is obtained.
Pour the mixture into a deep dish and let the preparation set for at least 4 hours in the freezer by stirring regularly to form small crystals as they harden. In 4 large cocktail glasses, place 3 ice cubes then pour the granita. Decorate with one or two strawberries before serving.
