For 1 liter
1 l of water at room temperature
1 white peach (or white nectarine)
1 lime (5 cl of juice)
10 g vanilla sugar
6 g green tea with jasmine
1 bunch of lemon verbena
Pour the water into a water jug and add the tea (teapot bags are great for this). Let it infuse at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
Peel the peach and cut it into quarters. Squeeze the juice from the lime.
Remove the tea (if necessary, filter through a strainer) and add the vanilla sugar and lime juice. Mix well then add the pieces of peach. Put it in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
30 min before serving the tea, add the leaf verbena. Serve chilled with beautiful ice cubes!
