40 g rolled oats
25 cl semi-skimmed milk
1/2 ts honey
1 nectarine, washed and in slices
12 flaked almonds
2 pinches of cinnamon powder
In a small saucepan, pour the milk, 1 pinch of cinnamon and 1 tablespoon of honey.
Boil this over high heat and add the oats without ceasing to stir. Lower the heat, stir until it boils again and leave simmer until the preparation has thickened enough. Pour the porridge into a bowl. Add the slices of nectarine and the flaked almonds, sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon and cover with honey.
