Ingredients
1 yogurt
1 banana not too ripe
1 small handful of raspberries
Strawberries or cherries
1 small glass of milk (skim or soy)
Ice cubes
Preparation
Put all the ingredients in the blender, ending with the milk.
Mix for 30 seconds (at least) on high power. Once the ice cubes have been crushed, pour the mixture into a large glass and enjoy!
Tip:
You can replace the cherries with strawberries, raspberries or other frozen or fresh red fruits.
